It could have been great if the room was nicer.

Loved the pool, Jacuzzi, beach, bocci ball, shuffle board. The staff are helpful and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. The resort is near a plaza which is a mini grocery store and restaurants which is very convenient. Access to public transportation is just outside the resort.

Don’t like the room which I booked through Booking.com. I’m a member of the resort and so know the difference. The room is very outdated. Mini kitchen is so small. Hard to cook because the container to dry the plates, it and drinking glass and cups is on top of the stove. The bathroom is small, dark and musty. Toilet paper is so thin and rough. It’s like wiping a sandpaper on your butt. Didn’t request to clean the room but they did and did not replace any of the towels.

The beach, the beach shade structures and beach chairs.

For an all-inclusive, having to sign a receipt for every drink and every meal was an annoyance. Other all-inclusive resorts do not require this step. Also, while Sergio was great, there were not enough servers at the beach. The turn around time for drinks and food took way too long. Also, we got charged an additional $300 at check-out due to an error in billing. They were unable to credit us right away as they told me they needed to review all of my receipts. We did not have time to wait as we had to catch a plane and they would not allow us to leave the resort without paying the charge. When we got to the airport, they did call me acknowledged their error and put a credit back on my card.

Great facilities and location with a shopping mall within a 2 minute walk. There's a lot of available sun beds at the beach.

Access to the gym is paid separately (around EUR 10 per visit) if you are not paying for the all inclusive package which seems excessive.

The weather in Puerto Vallarta is amazing, and Paradise Village is a nice place to enjoy it.

The property is always clean and the staff is friendly. We appreciated that the 2 bedroom suite had 2 double beds and one king size bed (we were 6 and therefore no one had to sleep on the sofa bed, everyone had a bed in the Coba building.) In the main building the 2 bedroom suite has one double bed, one king size bed and a sofa bed so for 6 people we need to use the sofa bed.) Also: I love the palapas on the beach!

The drinks from the snack bar on the beach are clearly watered down. We noticed they were weak in 2023, but in 2024 the change was noticeable, there is barely any taste of alcohol at all.

Beautiful place! Great for kids! I would stay at again!

Water slide for the kids was a huge hit. Pool was really big so even though there was a lot of people it wasn’t crowded. The beach is perfect for little kids and boogie boarding.

The buffet was not very good. The pool side snack shacks was amazingly good though. Huge portions as well. Also didn’t like that it advertised 3 restaurants but we could only book one night. It’s all inclusive so that shouldn’t be allowed to be excluded. Also the kids club isn’t free and you have to drop them off and as the parent aren’t allowed to stay. Which I get a little but their should be an option for where parents stay but maybe in a parent lounge where I can still watch my kiddos.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Village, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. Great place to visit.

The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are three pools to choose from, a pool with water slides and activities going on, another pool that is for people that want to enjoy the pool without the noise and activity, and a third pool that is a lap pool. The rooms have a kitchen and there is a store at the mall next door in case you would prefer to eat in. You can walk along the beach for miles. There is a convenient taxi stand and a car rental place if you would like to explore off the property.

We don’t like having to wear a plastic wrist band. We like the fact that the floors in the room and hallways are tile because it is easier to see if they are clean but it can get pretty noisy when people are coming and going in the hall and you are trying to sleep. You are supposed to be responsible for cleaning the dishes in the room yet dish soap was not provided.

Paradise village has a lot to offer.

The location and activities offered are a plus. Having a kitchen is a nice alternative to eating out.

The hallways are tiled which made it really noisy at night. The bed was small and really uncomfortable. Your supposed to do your own dishes in the kitchen yet no dish soap is supplied. The price is a bit high.

Very good, I love the serving staff and the cleaning teams!!!

The Copan Skybar is absolutely beautiful but a complete joke. It should be a cash only bar, no reservations and every table should be full at all times. If you would.like for that bar to make alot of money please contact me. Whoever is running that should be fired immediately!!
